Family and Community Resources, Inc.
CVWU is currently partnered with Family and Community Resources, Inc. (FCR), an agency supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, to provide healthy relationships programming for youth ages 12-18.
Sabura Youth Programs, Inc.
CVWU partners with Sabura Youth Program on our signature RaCC violence prevention program. The youth version of the program is offered to youth participating in the program.
Brockton Adult Learning Center
Since 2018, CVWU has been partnering with the Brockton Public School- Adult Learning Center to offer the Raising a City of Champions (RaCC) Violence Prevention Program.
Brockton Neighborhood Health Center (BNHC)
Through a Borderland Partners LLC Grant, CVWU is excited to be partnering with the Brockton Neighborhood Health Center on our Community Support Programming.
Inclusion Family Counseling Center
Inclusion Family Counseling Center has been a valuable referral partner for CVWU staff. Our staff regularly coordinates care for individuals requiring mental health support.
Brockton FC Alliance
We are proud to partner with Brockton FC Alliance as part of the Community Resilience Project, supported by the Children’s Hospital Mental Health Grant.
