Brockton Neighborhood Health Center

CVWU has partnered with partner with Brockton Neighborhood Health Center to expand our reach and strengthen support for individuals and families in our community. Through this partnership, BNHC serves as the primary referral source for our Community Support Program (CSP), helping patients access emergency financial assistance and essential resources. By working together, we are better able to serve those facing urgent needs, particularly immigrant and underserved populations, in a culturally responsive and coordinated way.

This partnership reflects our shared commitment to health equity, dignity, and long-term stability for all members of our community. Together, we are streamlining support and expanding access — especially for those facing cultural and language barriers — to build a stronger, healthier community.
