CVWU Mini-Grant Application
Eligibility Criteria
Grant requests must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Mini-grant requests for consideration include programmatic supports, events, and funds to groups for causes inclusive of women.

Grant funds must benefic community involvement in projects such as violence prevention education, diversity, equity and inclusion education, volunteerism and general community outreach projects.

Grant funds cannot be used retroactively (ex: to pay for projects that already took place prior to grant application.

Application Guidelines

Mini-grant requests must not exceed $500.

An organization can only submit one (1) application per fiscal year.

Mini-grant application deadline is November 10, 2020.

Mini-grant award must be used within one (1) of being awarded.
Application Process

Upon submitting grant application, applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail. If application is incomplete, the applicant will be asked to resubmit within 7 days.

The CVVA Board of Directors will vote on mini-grant winners by November 30, 2020.

Applicants will be notified via e-mail by December 1, 2020.

Grant winners agree to provide an executive summary demonstrating how grant was used
-
Grant winners agree to sharesare and promote CVWU's trough at least one (1) social media channel.

Payment will be processed via a bank check.
